Anja Kohfeldt is an associate professor at the University of Oslo's Department of Technology Systems (UiO/ITS) and a work-package leader at the Centre for Space Sensors and Systems (CENSSS). She earned her PhD in opto-electronics from the Technical University of Berlin, where her research focused on semiconductor laser modules for space applications. Anja's expertise lies in space systems engineering, radiation detection, payload design and development, as well as AIT and environmental testing. She is also responsible for the master's program in Space Systems at UiO. Currently, Anja is focused on developing a hybrid gamma-ray and neutron detector for in-situ resource utilization in space exploration.
