Anja Sundal holds a PhD in Geoscience and serves as an expert in satellite data applications at the Norwegian Space Agency (NOSA). She holds delegate roles in ESA and EU Copernicus. Her work focuses on enhancing Copernicus user uptake and developing earth observation services in Norway, as well as implementing space-based solutions for climate change mitigation, sustainable development, and emergency response. As a geoscientist she is also adviser on exploration and utilization of extraterrestrial (geo-)resource utilization and geological analogue research in earth.
