Engineering Manager and Principal Designer with vast, more than 25 years’ experience in developing innovative, customer-oriented thermal products, systems and solutions; with proven skills in managing cross-functional engineering, research and testing teams to ensure high-quality project completion. Professional experience obtained from working in different R&D organizations/environments: academic research institutions (higher educational establishment (Clemson Univ., USA, 2 yrs), government research laboratory (Canadian Space Agency, Canada, 3 yrs), industry (IberEspacio, Spain, 10 yrs). Author of more than 100 scientific publications and more than 10 patents.
