Marianne Moen is cand.scient in geology from University of Oslo, specializing in sedimentology and vegetation analysis. She worked as a science journalist in the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation, covering a wide range of natural science topics. From 2005 she took up work as Communication Director at the Norwegian Space Agency. Fascinated by groundbreaking space technology letting us explore the universe, but also by the fact that satellites are a part of our daily lives. Last, but not least, is she eager to promote the options and possibilities space technology offers for solving the challenges in the coming years. ‍
